The 2N^® Access Unit 2.0 RFID is an IP access unit based exclusively on IP technology. It combines the functions of a traditional door controller and an RFID reader. Reads cards with Secured 13.56 MHz frequencies.

MINIMUM WIRING REQUIREMENTS

A single ethernet cable is all you need to ensure communication with the unit and power (PoE). You can also connect a door lock, exit button, door contact or motion sensor just as easily directly to the unit.
SAME DESIGN AS IP INTERCOMS

The access control unit will impress you with its elegant appearance, which has the same design as 2N IP intercoms. The unit comes in nickel or black and can be installed on the wall or flush mounted.
NFC SUPPORT

Thanks to wireless NFC technology, you can easily open the door using a smartphone with the 2N^® Mobile Key application installed.
ADVANCED EVENT REPORTING

The 2N^® Access Unit 2.0 RFID not only allows logs to be sent to the Syslog server, but also e-mail notifications to building security or an HTTPs command to a third-party system for selected events.
MONITORING ENTRANCES AND EXITS

Other expansion modules (e.g. an exit RFID reader, keypad, or Bluetooth etc.) can be connected to the 2N^® Access Unit 2.0 RFID, allowing you to secure a door easily from both sides.
