Software Applications

2N^® Mobile Video

You will always know what is happening outside your entrance with this service. The 2N^® Mobile Video service allows you to communicate via your mobile phone with visitors through the 2N IP intercom installed at your door. You are available to your visitors at all times with continuous video monitoring of your house entrance.

2N Remote Configuration

Using the free 2N^® Remote Configuration service, you quickly and easily set up and maintain 2N devices from the comfort of your office, without need to travel. Activate the service at My2N portal and use a VPN to remotely access a complete web interface of 2N intercoms and access units.

2N^® Access Commander

2N^® Access Commander is intuitive software for administration of your access system, IP intercoms and attendance system from 2N. It combines simple installation, intuitive control and a web browser interface. It is installed on a virtual server and allows access to the settings via any mobile device or desktop computer. This means there is no need for each user to install the app on his or her own computer.

2N^® IP Eye

2N^® IP Eye is a freely available application that displays video from an IP intercom on your PC in the event of an incoming call. This makes it the ideal solution if you have a regular desktop IP telephone that does not display video. The application can also be used as a video surveillance tool. The 2N^® Mobile Key application turns your mobile phone into an access card for passage through buildings. The application communicates with our selected 2N IP intercoms and access control units using NFC and Bluetooth technologies.

2N^® Network Scanner

The 2N^® Network Scanner is a simple, freely available application for locating intercoms from the 2N Helios IP family in the network. After searching the network, the application shows the type, firmware version and IP address of all intercoms found on a chart. This simplifies the administration and installation of intercom systems. Simply run the easy-to-use software to get immediate results.

2N Partner API

Thanks to our detailed API documentation, the 2N^® Partner API service allows you to integrate your systems and mobile applications with 2N services. Configure 2N devices and administer access credentials online, directly from your facility management system. Add the option of receiving video calls from the intercom, including the ability to open the door, to your own mobile application.
