This router features a multi-Gigabit LAN and WAN interface with increased processing power for high bandwidth installs. With a dual WAN connection for load-balancing and link failover, the Araknis 520 series router is the choice for high-performance applications. Its embedded firewall keeps your client’s network secure and supports numerous VPN technologies, including site-to-site connections. Every Araknis router is coupled with OvrC Pro, so you can remotely monitor and manage the entire network.

OvrC Embedded

Araknis works with OvrC to extend the router configuration and management to the cloud, allowing for troubleshooting and changes to be made remotely without having to roll a truck. Dual WAN

Dual WAN allows you to connect the client's network to two different ISPs (for example: TWC and Comcast) and have the WAN links configured either as session-based load-balancing (i.e. active/active) or link failover (i.e. active/standby) for additional network reliability.

VPN Support

This router supports PPTP and OpenVPN technologies for secure, remote access via VPN. OpenVPN is an easy, secure, open-source option that is backed by the community.

Secure Site-to-Site Connectivity

The 520 series router supports IPSec, which can create a secure, fast, and reliable site-to-site connection with speeds up to 2.5G - perfect for applications where two locations need to be part of the same network.

Content Filtering

OvrC Pro offers multiple filter levels ranging from basic malware protection to advanced content filtering. Customers can use the OvrC Connect app to choose the level that best fits their needs.

Rack-Mountable Design

Rack installation is simple thanks to this router's rear port layout, front LEDs, 1U height, and included rack ears.

Embedded Firewall

An embedded firewall supports Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI), Denial of Service (DoS) prevention, WAN Request Blocking, and content filtering. These layers of network security provide a secure platform to prevent common attacks and provide a baseline level of security for your customer’s network.
