5 Year Rako Controls Warranty
Our 5 Year warranty programme has been providing a valuable enhanced benefit since 2019, and now it's even better! Not only will the Rako hub qualify for a 5 year warranty if connected to a Furman power conditioner, but all modules and control panels will now also be included!*
No one likes complex and burdensome terms and conditions, so we've kept it simple - the Furman conditioner should be ordered at the same time as the Rako hub and installed in the project from the first power up of the system. Photographic evidence of the connectivity may be required in the event of a claim. Installation and commissioning of the Rako modules and electrical components must be to all relevant electrical standards and manufacturer recommendations by a suitably qualified installer.

* only the Rako hub or any other PSU powered Rako devices are required to be connected to the Furman power conditioner, any wireless modules or wired/wireless control panels should be connected to an electrical circuit per the manufacturer recommendations, however the extension to the manufacturers warranty will apply from end to end if the hub is protected.
