How to get it

As calling from 2N IP intercoms to mobile phones is provided via the cloud, you need to set it up in the My2N Management Platform:

1. Create a new site and choose a residential site type
2. Add the intercom (connected to the internet) and upload the users you want to receive calls
3. Configure the call settings

For those familiar with the My2N Management Platform, there's nothing new here. There's actually nothing else you need to do. The first apartment (up to four mobile phones) you set up for calling will be free of charge.

The entire setup process takes no more than ten minutes.

Any other related updates?

There are a few important updates accompanying this new offer.

We have adjusted the site type options. You can now choose between:

• Residential (including single-family homes and apartment buildings) – per apartment payment model (up to 4 devices)

• Commercial (including offices, mixed-use and other buildings) – per device payment model.

Regarding this offer, the only change is that new single-family home projects now have a per-apartment payment model

We also enabled the apartment admin role, previously available only for apartment building sites, for single-family home sites as well. This puts day-to-day system management directly in the hands of users.

FAQs

Is this offer time-limited?

This is a standard benefit for every new installation established after February 24, 2025. Currently, it is not time-limited, but we reserve the right to change the conditions.

In which type of installations can I use it?

It is valid only for residential projects and will be activated only if you select a residential type of site in the My2N Management Platform.

Is it also valid for apartment buildings?

Yes, it is valid for apartment buildings as well. You can provide it for free to select residents to showcase the advantages of this service or give it to receptionists and guards to ensure there is always someone available when a visitor calls the reception.

Can I use it for my current installation?

No, it will be activated only for new sites created after 24 February 2025, and for intercoms that have never been added to any site via the My2N Management Platform.

Is it per site or per intercom?

It’s free for one apartment (up to 4 devices) per site, not per intercom. So even if you have two intercoms on the site, you only get free calling for one apartment (up to 4 devices).

Is it valid for Axis intercoms?

No, this offer is exclusively for 2N intercoms.
